Composite steel-reinforced rubber sealing strips are extruded by a metal skeleton and rubber material coated. They combine the elastic sealing properties of rubber with the rigid support of a steel strip, and are widely used in applications requiring high-strength sealing and fixation, such as automobiles and motor cabinets.

1. Material: EPDM rubber exhibits excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and high/low temperature resistance (-40℃~130℃), as well as good chemical stability.

The steel strip skeleton layer is the core support structure embedded within the rubber, providing stable support and preventing deformation of the sealing strip.

2. Characteristics: The steel strip skeleton provides excellent rigidity and resistance to deformation, allowing the sealing strip to maintain its fixed shape after installation and preventing compression deformation; the rubber provides elasticity, allowing it to tightly conform to the sealing surface, achieving reliable waterproof, dust proof, and soundproof sealing effects.

3. Surface:

In order to make the appearance beautiful or achieve a decorative effect, also can coated colorful EPDM on the surface, such as dark and light grey color.
