EPDM rubber fenders are protection products specifically designed for harsh environments such as outdoor, weather-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and fresh/semi-brackish water conditions. They can be produced using extrusion or molding processes and offer irreplaceable advantages in docks, bridges, and ships.

D rubber fender Performance:

●Excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures. Outdoor service life can reach 15-20 years, 2-3 times that of natural rubber fenders, with no cracking, hardening, or powdering. 

●Resistant to fresh water, seawater, acid and alkali solutions, salt spray, detergents, etc., suitable for chemical ●plant docks, sewage treatment plants, inland waterways, and other applications.

●Operating temperature range is -40℃ to +120℃. 

●Low water absorption

Extrusion Process: No bubbles, no missing glue, no flash on the surface

Installation Method: 

Bolt fixing (with pre-embedded metal parts) or slot installation is recommended, make sure the installation reliability.
