Advantages and Disadvantages of CR Rubber Tubing
Advantages: Balanced comprehensive performance; weather resistant, salt spray resistant, flame retardant; strong adhesion, can firmly bond to metals and fabrics; suitable for harsh environments.
Disadvantages: Higher cost than NBR and EPDM; slightly inferior low-temperature elasticity compared to EPDM; prone to crystallization and hardening during storage.
Application:
Marine Industry: Seawater delivery pipes, bilge drain pipes, deck washing pipes, marine air conditioning refrigerant pipes.
Automotive Industry: Brake system hoses, air conditioning piping, door and window sealing sleeves (for applications requiring weather resistance and wear resistance).
Mining and Chemical Industry: Dustproof pipes for mining equipment, low-pressure delivery pipes for dilute acids and alkalis, flame-retardant cable sheaths.
Building Waterproofing: Roof expansion joint sealing sleeves, basement drainage hoses (for applications requiring weather resistance and flame retardancy).
