The extruded continuous strip seals require further processing to become finished products ready for assembly, such as cutting and vulcanization splicing into frames.

Cutting: The long strip seals are cut to the specified lengths according to the dimensions of each side of the door frame.

End forming/splicing: Vulcanization hot pressing: This is one of the most critical processes. The ends of the two seal sections are placed in a mold, heated and pressurized, causing the EPDM ends to vulcanize and fuse, forming a seamless, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing joint. This is crucial for ensuring sealing at the corners.

Packaging: Usually packaged in plastic bags and cardboard boxes according to the corresponding lengths to prevent compression and deformation.
