Product Features
High-quality J-type container door rubber seals primarily use EPDM material as their core material. This material offers exceptional temperature resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and outstanding weather resistance.
Exceptional Temperature Resistance: It maintains good elasticity and sealing performance within a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C, making it highly suitable for maritime shipping and extreme climates.
Excellent Mechanical Properties:
Tensile strength of ≥7 MPa,
Elongation at break of ≥300%
Hardness around 68 Shore A, ensures sufficient strength and resilience.
Outstanding Weather Resistance: EPDM rubber is highly resistant to ozone, aging, and weathering, enabling long-term use in harsh environments such as those with strong UV exposure and salt spray.

How to Choose Container Seals?
General Dry Cargo Containers: Typically equipped with only one J-type or C-type weather seal, primarily for waterproofing.
Insulated/Refrigerated Containers: In addition to the outer door's weather seal, the inner door usually has an additional C-type, CJ hybrid, or composite airtight gasket, serving as the final barrier for thermal insulation and air leakage prevention.
Primary Applications:
Widely used in general dry cargo containers, shipping containers, and logistics compartments.
By preventing the ingress of rainwater and dust, they ensure that goods remain safe, dry, and clean during long-distance sea transport and complex land logistics. For insulated containers, in conjunction with the inner seal, they are a critical component in maintaining a stable low-temperature internal environment and ensuring the integrity of the cold chain.
